  MIXEN is a platform that enables artists to reallocate income from music to their fans for a price. Like investing in a company, but with art.
  
  
• Why we’ve founded MIXEN?
  We support the most valuable asset – creativity. That’s why we build the #1 finance tool for upcoming artists, so that they can make a living out of their passion.
  
  Our two founders are independent artists as well. We know for a fact, that it’s very tough at the beginning to finance your art.
  
  
• Who is behind MIXEN?
  We are a group of young people from Germany that want to change the music industry. Some of us are producers, some of us are just enjoying music, and we got some tech geeks and a sneakerhead.
  
  
• How does it work?
  Whenever an artist decides to sell shares of his song, he enters all important data in a digital form. This includes information about the song itself as well as what percentage of the song he wants to sell, at what price, and in how many shares. Finally, the artist signs a digital contract that secures the buyers their shares in the related song.
  
  With this data, MIXEN now creates tokens that anyone can buy. With the purchase of the token, MIXEN assures you of the profit of the related song. To receive your payment, all you have to do is specify a payment method in your profile and we’ll take care of the rest.
  
  Fans can also have their shares in form of NFTs. But don’t be scared – we can either manage them or they can transfer them directly onto their own wallet. This way your fans are less dependent on MIXEN and also allows them to resell shares via common marketplaces.
  
  
• Is this all I can do?
  Besides offering just the shares/tokens, you can give something back to your fans. By giving a batch of shares a special attribute, fans can gain access to virtually anything. Exclusive music, content or shows. Get creative with it! We plan to finish the implementation of this feature, by the end of 2023.
  
• What is our role in this process?
  We are handling all the inbetween. Running the marketplace, setting up the contract behind the shares and making sure the shareholders get their money.
  
  Of course we will also connect with some artists and give them the opportunity to tell something about themselfs and give the fans a look behind their work. Advertising is everything!
  
  
• And how do I get paid as an investor?
  All you have to do is give us your paypal account. Right now we also support bank account. Please contact us directly. As soon as the artist is paid by the streaming platform, your share will be transferred to you automatically. We will take care of that. You will see all royalties within your profile.
  
  
• How much is it?
  MIXEN is free for all upcoming artists. Sounds too good to be true right? But it basically is!
